These sessions are available to those who have already had at least a one hour session, or are My Health Navigator Platinum Program members. They are also an option for those who have completed a Wellness Coaching program and wish a quick ‘refresher’!

Wellness Coaching
Text Box: The Wellness Coaching program is initially for a 3-month duration, payable monthly, and consists of a once-weekly session (approx. 13 sessions in total). The first session is 75-90 minutes (costing $125/90 Euros), thereafter sessions are 30-45 mins.
