Based in the beautiful city of Sarasota, Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico coast, My Health Navigator provides counseling, health coaching, wellness coaching and corporate/group health and wellness programs on an extended seasonal basis; contingent on demand.

Health Coaching or Wellness Coaching are usually phone-based within the United States, with email reinforcement, but if requested it is possible to have one-on-one sessions.

For several months of the year, Tina Steele is available for consultations in the Central Algarve region, of Portugal. Her base being in Almançil, she is thus within a short distance of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, in addition to Faro, Vilamoura, Albufeira and surrounding towns and villages. Appointments will need to be made several weeks in advance in order to combine schedules with the US. Again, this is dependent on demand.
