Based in the beautiful city of Sarasota, Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico coast, My Health Navigator provides counseling, wellness coaching and corporate/group wellness programs on an extended seasonal basis; contingent on demand.

Wellness Coaching is usually phone-based within the United States, with email reinforcement, but if requested it is possible to have one-on-one sessions. However, due to the lack of an affordable and efficient phone service , Wellness Coaching can only be carried out in person in Portugal.

For several months of the year, Tina Steele is available for consultations in the Central Algarve region, of Portugal. Her base being in Loulé, close to Almançil, and thus Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, in addition to Faro, Vilamoura, Albufeira and surrounding towns and villages. Appointments will need to be made several weeks in advance in order to combine schedules with the US. Again, this is dependent on demand.
