The half-hour sessions are an ideal opportunity to revisit previous concerns, or to have new questions answered.

In some instances, you may have been diagnosed with an additional problem that you want further information on, or need better clarification as to how to manage.

Sometimes, all we need is the chance to voice a nagging doubt to gain the confidence to overcome it. That is what we are here for...to be your resource, and your confidante, and please remember that all sessions are always held in the strictest confidence.
