With the advent of managed care, the time that we get to spend with our primary care professionals is so limited that all too frequently we fail to get answers to all our health-related questions.

For example, when living with a chronic disease, more often than not there is little in the way of explanation as to what we should be doing to improve our overall health, and how better to manage our illness. Talking with someone who has the experience and time to listen and offer qualified suggestions is usually all that is needed to initiate the necessary changes.

In another instance, newly diagnosed diseases can be bewildering and even scary, with little time to discuss the implications with doctors, it always helps to have someone with whom to share concerns and to use as a resource for clear, easy to understand information.

All sessions are entirely confidential and details are never  given out to anyone, unless specified by you, the client.
